For a gametype like Domination where you should be completing an objective you might want to go for a perk like Flak Jacket. The main way to work out which perks you need to pick will be down to the gametype. Again this is tricky as everyone will have a different playstyle and you need to find something that suits you however for some pointers: Perks are key to becoming a better player in Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 if you dont understand perks you will not pick the right skills for your playstyle. If your going to play as a team, it is even more important to know the maps. Try and stick near the edges of the maps to begin with and then move out as you get better. If you know the maps, the choke points, rush routes, grenade spots and the objectives etc you will be a far better player. I know this is obvious but it is probably the one of the biggest deciding factors when it comes to good players vs bad players.
